Put minced garlic, dried thyme and rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Spread the olive oil mixture out on the chicken breasts by brushing it on them. Put the mixed vegetables on the baking sheet around the chicken. Pour any extra olive oil mixture over the vegetables. Put it in an oven that has already been heated up and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the vegetables are soft. Enjoy while hot!
