this guy frightens and intrigues me:

his name in the files is literally Normal Npc. like ok.

he gets more and more incoherent with each chapter its scary!! like we're watching him lose his fucking mind & we cant do anything about it. it seems like all the other npcs have some sort of interaction or connection with other characters but hes just. there. alone. makes me sad actually.

the 'wait, don't' makes me feel like hes stuck reliving a terrible moment or something. he reminds me of the paledriver from disco elysium, the way he just seems fully detached from our reality.

hes so scary to me. i fear in an upcoming chapter we'll enter the library and he'll just be gone. and no one will say anything about it

that thing's the REAL danger

the binoculars in Deltarune chapter 3's egg room show grass almost the same RGB color (167,167,167) as Mystery Man room's ground in Undertale (166,166,166)... the typer value for DR Gaster's voice is 666 and 667... add this to the Forgotten Man linked to Gaster or Goners pile! I think they made it grass to let us know we're looking at the ground too, and not just grey circles...
