Patch things up with Peyers
Peyer’s Patches are aggregate lymphoid tissue, of M cells, which basically moniter the intestine and sample any antigens to immune cells.
M cell present to:
mast cell which innervates the blood i think
macrophages --> T cells --> cytokine --> T cells --> B cells--> antibody production
has thinner mucous so it is easier to sample
inappropriate activation = chronic inflammation
B cells when stimulated secrete IgA
