Games That Help Me Cope

With December looming only a few months away and sadness slowly descending upon me, I’ve been replaying all of my favorite games and decided to make a short list of some games that make me feel better so the next time I feel shitty I can come here and look at it 

> Our Life: Beginning and Always by gb-patch > Our Life: Now and Forever (demo) by gb-patch > XOXO Droplets by, once again, gb-patch > Andromeda Six by Wanderlust Games (I especially love the Tea Time with Oppo DLC) > Blooming Panic by robo-barbie > Oathbreaker 1 and 2 by Larky Labs / Imp-Queen / Rinmaru (I’ve been a fan of Rin’s games since they made Ascension which was actually the game that got me into VN)  > Monster Sweethearts by llonelly  > the Mass Effect games by Bioware > the Dragon Age games by Bioware > Stardew Valley by ConcernedApe > Boyfriend Dungeon by Kitfox Games

and a reminder to myself/anyone else reading this that might need it.

I know things are hard right now. I know you’re struggling and maybe it feels like things have been bad for awhile but you’ll be okay. You can get through this. You’re strong. And when you can’t be strong on your own, there are people who will help carry the weight. You have friends and family and even just random strangers on the internet who care for you and will help ease that burden.. Take a deep breath. Drink some water. Have something to eat. Find something to distract yourself.  I know things are bad right now but they won’t be bad forever.

I lost count of how many times I replayed the Our Life: Now & Forever demo by @gb-patch. It’s just as heartwarming as Our Life: Beginnings & Always and it’s just part one of the prologue! ^_^ This is the primary character I’ll play as time goes on. Their name is Zuri Hill and I’m envisioning them having a crush on Qiu from the beginning while also being close with Tamarack. Can’t wait to learn more about these kids. <333

If you haven’t played already, please do. It’s so cute and the music is top tier.
