This Drama.

What can I say. This drama made me get out of my shit hole and onto tumblr and post about a Chinese drama after a LONG ass time. 

That is because, this drama is fucking awesome. 

I read the book a long time ago, and kinda forgot about it, but when they made the drama and read it again and remembered how fucking awesome it was!!!!

I don’t really like Angela baby playing the role though, because in the book, the girl isn’t supposed to be “beautiful” she was supposed to be average looking with EXTREMELY high IQ. She conquered these men with her wits, not her face. She wasn’t supposed to be ugly or anything, but certainly not as beautiful as Angelababy 

Here is a simple Wiki Plot Synopsis :  When the mansion of Prince Jiang'an is under attack and destroyed overnight, He Xia and his attendant Bai Pingting is forced to flee the Kingdom of Yan. They got separated, and Pingting took refuge in a monastery where she meets the powerful general Chu Beijie. He recognizes her as his childhood first love. However, their situation renders this relationship a difficult one as they are from opposing kingdoms.

I'm not into chinese drama.. i seldomly watch their shows especially all about historics. Compare to Korean which i'm really fond of, this got me so much of a sheer of kilig.. Lemme just vent my heart out over this show bc i've never been this so attached after Scarlet Heart: Ryeo. I'm full of a swoon w the leading character. He definitely made every girls go-crazy of his role in the drama.. Awwe 💖 The 62 episodes is worth binge watching!!! I'll probably read the novel and rewatch the series again bc cant get enoughhh ⚔️❤️ #GeneralandI
