WIP! My middle daughter's portrait. The hair is scary in thought but when I practice the correct techniques it all comes together. WIP! Portrait of my middle daughter. Being a stay-at-home dad is the best job in the world, it's also one of the most difficult things there is to do in life, besides being an artist. So I know what it's like to have share and compare anxiety. I see how fast and how amazing some art is produced, it's formidable. Being a dad leaves me very little time to create like that even though I have the drive, energy an ideas. I just keep my head up, find something to help me smile and work when my kids let me. I just have to remember that it's only temporary as my kids grow I'll have more and more time to work. So if you're ever struggling with the same share and compare anxiety just keep your head up, find something that helps you smile and remember that your not alone with artistic anxieties.
