Evolution, is it science or speculation?

Question: Does the genome of any organism change enough to make a new species? The claim has been made that new species are being identified all the time, but...

There are several impediments to that claim of real speciation. Evolutionary biology has yet to fully explain the discovery of the so called Orphan Gene (OG)...

"Orphan genes for protein coding in different species are not traceable to any supposed common descent in evolution (they have no homology in different species). Approximately 20-30% of identified orphan genes are found in every new species sequenced." 

"Orphan Genes (OGs) exhibit a narrow phylogenetic distribution, with every species documented to possess as much as 30% of OGs out of all gene catalogs [4]." https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10299390/

There are other real objections to evolution in general but OG's are a very real problem...

Our adopted cousin, Cheetah the chimp

Because of the determination that genetic divergence between chimps and humans was not 1.28% but was found to be greater than 5% (peer reviewed), we now know Cheetah can't be related!

By the accepted generational split calculation used by evolutionists we get the following when replacing the k=1.25% to the new k=5%: (also note new mutation rates in humans has published).

Results are in generations to a common ancestor (t): 

t=.5(k/u - 4Ne), plugging in the k=5% and u=1.1x10^-8 gives about 2.25 x 10^6 generations, with a 20 year/generation.

Results in 45 million years to a common  ancestor (CHLCA). There are no fossil candidates back that far as this is 40 million years longer than any candidate for a CHLCA purposed by evolutionists...

The party for the evolutionist ended when the sequencing tools for genetics improved enough to disprove we are cousins to the ape. Cheetah's claims on any inheritance can now be litigated in the court room!

Evolution theory asserts GRADUALISM

Gradualism, from the Latin gradus, is a hypothesis, a theory or a tenet assuming that change comes about gradually or that variation is gradual in nature and happens over time as opposed to in large steps. Uniformitarianism, incrementalism, and reformism are similar concepts.

Objective evidence for gradualism toward speciation is not observed historically in the fossil record or in modern biological experiments (E-coli long term experiments). The genetic reasoning for this observation is as follows: Simply put as possible, "mutations occur less often in functionally constrained regions" of the genome, these genes comprise the core genomes defining an individual species, when and if mutations in these regions do occur they are usually pathogenic variants under strong purifying selection (peer reviewed). It has been proven epigenome-associated mutation bias reduces the occurrence of these deleterious mutations overall. Consequently built in correction mechanisms in the genome itself (peer reviewed) account for any changes in a species more than natural selection does. Adaptation of the organism (phylogenic and morphologic variation) is by allele recombination and single point mutations exposing only about 23% of the total genome to Natural Selection (this is core adaptation). These are new findings published in recent papers.

Biology is understood in the context of God.

Every Creature after it's own "Kind", namely stasis in the genome of a species (scientifically and empirically observed in genetics and the fossil record).

Are there new species of animals or plants in the wild?

New species are not happening these days, in fact wild species are rapidly disappearing. To be exact about so called speciation, we see chromosome number changes in plants and animals (polyploidy in plants and karyotype changes in animals), this type of change is genetic damage affecting reproduction, it is not speciation.

A true "new  species" involves a process called phyletic evolution, phyletic evolution has never been observed in either experiment or the fossil record. 

Concerning experiment:

Phyletic gradualism can not be observed directly because of the necessity of deep time… (So it is not testable thus not a theory)

Concerning the fossils (a stasis in species is observe):

DNA shows no evidence of evolution

A particular species has always been in stasis since the beginning of first life, this is what genetic research has proved. Only adaptation is at work in the morphological change in an individual species.
