#JackedKirby - Devilish... 👹🦖👹🦖 Here is a awesome little gem I found when perusing a recent purchase of mine, the Jack Kirby Collector COLLECTED #Issue3. This issue collects a bunch of issues of TJKC, including #Issue13 from December of 1996. 💥💥💥 The issue contains a short article called “Speak of the Devil” written by Josue Menjivar, and it is accompanied by an awesome pencil drawing by Jack that was featured on the cover of Devil Dinosaur #Issue8 (Nov of 1978). The image of Devil being lassoed by a monkey man riding another dinosaur is cool enough... but the caption that accompanied it was even cooler! 💥💥💥 Apparently the inking for this cover was done by a young talent at Marvel named Walt Simonson... you know, the same Walt Simonson who would go on to an epic Thor run and wildly successful comic career!
