Now #getthatassoutside #RepostSave @tridentstrength with @repostsaveapp ・・・ I wake this morning, walk outside, feel the Earth under my bare feet as I make my way to my #dousing area. I close my eyes and I observe. The mourning dove are talking, as are the black birds, mocking birds, I think I hear the distant song of a cardinal. All of them, speaking their own language. I hear the wind as it blows through a wind chime creating a beautiful sound, but I also take note of the sound it creates as it makes its way through the trees, nature's wind chime. I open my eyes and I observe. I see one of my hounds exploring the area under my lemon grass. I see the colors my wife and I have helped to create in our #backyardgarden. I look down at my feet and witness pill bugs and many other creatures hard at work helping to decompose and create the unbelievably rich soil that I stand on. I think to myself, this is where it starts and this is where it ends. I slowly pour last night's rain over my body. As I finish, I send my gratitude to Mother Nature. I am awake. I am present.
