These are about the only #squats I can do. I’ve tried #different #variations the last 3 months of #training & it’s #tough: #hard on the #knees more than anything. But so glad to find a squat I can actually do My #worst #exercise is #lunges. Can’t #stand them! And I can’t do #normal #pressups #consistency is key to anything in #life.
