Synopsis of Chapter Seven:

(A little spooky shit before Copia crashed his tricycle)

Papa Nihil: this isn't your playground, bitch.

Copia:I'm so sorry, this wont happen again.

Papa Nihil(waiting):...

Copia(drives off to do the same shit as before):

I’m just saying, if they are doing horror movie references for Ghost- they’d be CRAZY not to do one based on Phantasm!! 

The set they use is perfect to look like the original Phantasm mausoleum/funeral chapel!

Ghost - Chapter Seven: New World Redro

So many Shining references, but if Nihil is supposed to take the role of Jack Torrance... Holy shit guys. For anyone unfamiliar with the story of the Shining, it's basically about a father, mother, and young boy that are supposed to take care of an old hotel throughout the winter. The father, Jack Torrance, starts going insane and seeing ghosts. Most notably he was seduced by a beautiful woman and made out with her before realizing she was actually a rotting corpse, much like how Nihil saw Imperator but then she vanished. Then there was how Nihil wrote the mantra "All work and no play makes Papa a bad Dad" which is an obvious reference to how Torrance wrote the infamous mantra "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" it was around this time Torrance became murderous. Although in the novel version it was because Torrance was possessed by murderous spirits inhabiting the hotel. Then Copia would be representative of the young boy, Danny. Danny had this special ability called the shining in which he would go into a trance like state and see future events, although he was powerless to stop them. Danny rode his tricycle around the hotel much like how Copia rode his bike around the ministry halls, then there was the twins. The twins at the end of the hall were another obvious reference to the twins (Gore TW). Even down to begging Danny/Copia to play with them

Copia commenting on how there must be a gas leak could reference how in the ending to the novel, Torrance dies because there's a gas leak and the hotel explodes. The most concerning part of these references is; if Nihil is supposed to represent Torrance, Copia may have an attempt on his life by Nihil. In The Shining, Torrance goes homicidal and attempts to murder his wife and son with either an ax (according to the movie) or a crochet mallet (according to the novel). Although he fails in both attempts, he does break his wife's ribs with the crochet mallet in the novel and in the movie Torrance kills the cook Dick Hallorann with the ax. It's just something to think about. Anyone wanna give their thoughts?

Okay but I legit. Set an alarm for an hour before Chapter 7 premiers. So if I fall asleep I can wake up and hype over it when it’s finally public.

I’m so ready. I first started listening to Ghost like a week or two after Chapter 6 came out, so I’m happy there’s new stuff!

I don’t even know how much we’ll get out of the video, but just having something new is exciting!!
