I didn’t look at my watch at all on this run and just ran on feel. I focused on keeping a rhythm with my arms. I’m definitely pleased with my splits; especially with the wind. And planning the wind at my back for the last two miles was a wise choice! I had a little gas in the tank at the end. I’m feeling more ready for the half in two weeks. 🙌🏻
Also...I find it amusing that my last mile pace is exactly the pace I would need in order to PR my half 🤦🏻♀️
Now time to shower and hope nothing chafed too bad.
