ive been playing fo4 with the ghoulification cc atm, and it's really fun. there's really interesting game changing mechanics. only issue is ive been getting some graphical issues
Rest in Peace to Trash Fallout: New Vegas, who died in an old Nuclear Test Shack in the midst of attempting to turn herself into a ghoul to sate her boredom and disgust with life.
Theory: The croaky hoarse voice that most Ghouls in Fallout have isn't the direct result of their ghoulification, but a side effect of them screaming in agony during the process. Their vocal cords never heal afterwards, leaving them eternally hoarse.

here, get in the discard pile. you want your next copy to be worth +2 Fate, don't you? you don't want to be a cursed banquet, right? wouldn't you rather cost 1?
Ghoulification
Exhibit A: Thaddeus' neck, currently housing an intrusive crossbow bolt. Aside from the immediate injury, the skin is unblemished.
Exhibit B: The same site, after the bolt has been removed and rapid healing has taken place. Note the extensive texturing and discoloration, surrounding the site of injury with a wide margin.
This is textbook ghoulification. Usually these signs present later in the transformation, but in this case the rapid healing seems to have accelerated the process at the site.
