i’m on a bake off kick right now, and so i’ve branched out into some other countries’ bake off shows. I just got to the technical for the semi final of the great irish bake off, and i don’t have anyone else to talk to about this but:

i feel like these judges are being so random and unrealistic?!? if all 8 bakers’ mille feuille pastries are underdone, how do you not acknowledge that there’s something wrong in your estimation? why do the technicals have like 6 different elements? and where’s the positive reenforcement? it’s like they can’t be pleased. please tell me they sort themselves out in series 2
