he’s kind of in the middle ground of all these characters
he knows how to take care of someone when theyre sick and he knows not to get to close to you
which means he should be perfect at this right...?

he constantly wants to be around you when youre feeling ill, what if you need his help and he’s not there??
like he will refuse to let you out of his proximity for even a minute, so he’ll do one of two things
1. move you into his office at the port mafia base (this includes all your belongings as well. all of them.)
he literally bought a pull out couch that turns into a bed just so you have somewhere comfy to sleep
cue akutagawa walking in to talk business with chuuya and youre just passed out on the bed

and then he continues to dump all his missions on his subordinates because obviously he needs to be around you!!!! what if u need water!! or food!! or anything!!
or 2. he will move his office into your apartment you kind of prefer option 1...
this once resulted in MORI coming to the apartment because he needed chuuya and chuuya was too busy helping you to pick up any of his calls.. 😭 having mori in your apartment while you were a snotty red faced mess was not exactly how you wanted your afternoon to go
despite him being a pain in the ass you always appreciate his efforts and at the end of the day, even if youre still feeling unwell, you find being around chuuya always makes your sick days a little better
akutagawa
he takes sicknesses so seriously !!! he knows it isn’t something to take lightly at all and he really tries to help you when you are sick
will try finish all his jobs as soon as possible even if it means killing literally everyone in his way just so he can get home and tend to you
if he’s rly worried over you he’ll ask mori for a day off... and mori gives it to him i mean when has akutagawa ever been this desperate before
i headcanon that gin does all the cooking so he will call her and ask if she can make soups or whatever food you want and she always delivers (i mean youre her brothers partner!! she loves u sm !!!)
he’ll take your fever and will literally hand feed you if your bodys too sore to do it yourself
u only let him stay so close to you because he wears a mask for his own safety when he’s around you
when ur asleep sometimes he’ll sneak you a little forehead kiss but ONLY when your asleep he has an image to uphold here!!
he’ll run you warm baths and will pour in whatever scent and salts are your favourite
and if you’re really sore he’ll even help you wash your body
and these r your FAVOURITE moments with him ever there is nothing better than akutagawa pressing circles into your back with your favourite soap
he’ll end it with a kiss to the top of your head, letting you know he’ll be just outside the door if you need any help HES SO CUTE
he rly just tries anything to make you feel better, he know’s how horrible sickness is, even if all you have is a small cold
when you mention how much he mustve missed you when you’re cuddling in bed once youre feeling better he’ll mumble a small “you wish” but you can feel him smiling into your back

usually she would say no there is no way she is going out of her way to help him... but since its you she’ll give in (everyone at the pm is obsessed with you, in gin’s words “i’ll never understand how he managed to pull you”)
if your body feels really sore he’ll give u massages
sometimes you lie about feeling sore because nothing is better than sitting between his legs while he works on your back
and if he catches on to your lie he doesnt even care! nothing is better to him than making you feel comfortable
usually the day will end with him putting a movie on (only if you want to watch something) and he’ll wrap you up in a mountain of blankets and make you some tea
you usually fall asleep during the movie so he’ll give you a chaste forehead kiss and snuggle up next to you cue you getting angry when you wake up to him clinging onto you
gin
just like her brother she takes them seriously
she’ll spend all her free time at your side (despite your protests) and since you refuse to let her indulge in cuddles she’ll prompt to sitting next to you and holding your hand.. and plz just let her do this she misses u sm
since she can’t kiss you she’ll randomly bend down at times and kiss each of your knuckles 😭😭💔💔💔 and if you try to protest she doesn’t care she needs to kiss you one way or another
one time you gave in and let her cuddle you because she was practically begging and it ended up with the two of you sick in bed the next day... you don’t let her do that anymore!
and it’s finally time to use her cooking skills for her own priorities those scabby boys
she’ll cook you soup after soup because she knows even if you do want something that’s not a liquid you’re not gonna be able to eat it anyways, so she spends her time making meals she knows you’ll actually be able to eat
if you’re struggling to eat she’ll sit with you and take her time eating her own meal just so you don’t feel any pressure to rush yourself
and if you can’t eat that’s okay too!! she’ll make you some tea or just water if that’s all you want and will leave you to drink it as you please
she’ll also massage you if you’re feeling sore, she loves doing it too the tenderness of it makes her heart melt
she’ll rub small circles into your forearms, knead the skin on your back and legs, whatever you want!
when you’re tired and want to sleep she’ll layer as many blankets on top of you as you want
she prompts to sleeping on the couch and you usually try to protest because after all she’s done for you she deserves a good nights rest but she refuses your pleads
you usually wake up to her sleeping with you, but you can tell she’s tried to distance herself from you by the gap between your bodies and when she wakes up she’ll greet you with a quick kiss to your crown, you decide she deserves it

You thought it'd be fun to pull a prank on him, wondering whether he'd get jealous or mad, even.
The perfect opportunity came up when you stumbled upon an old classmate in the middle of the street.
“Friend? Friend?!? Wait a minute, why am I your friend? Oi, Y/N, do you not hear me?”
Even after your acquaintance left, Gin didn't stop pestering you, bringing it up every three minutes seconds on the way back.
When you got home, he kept pouting and nagging, sighing dramatically out loud. “Can you hand me the remote?” “Sure thing, FRIEND.”
Brings up the incident days after, unless you make some sort of public declaration regarding your relationship status and promise to stop introducing him as your friend.
Until that happens, Gin refuses to touch or kiss you, acting as If you really are just friends.
Says that if that's all you are, then you wouldn't mind him becoming friends with Ketsuno Ana he wishes.
When you are about to enter Yorozuya so that you can go to bed together, he closes the door on you, saying that friends don’t sleep with one another.
Even if some time passes and you go back to being intimate, he might ask whether friends really do such things or whether you do such things with all your friends.
Makes you memorize an entire repertoire consisting of ways to introduce him to others. wouldn't mind you addressing him as sir or master
Overall, the most petty out of the four.
Takasugi:
You did not just call him your friend. Him, Takasugi Shinsuke, your friend.
It was probably a bad idea, but even so you were curious to see what would happen. Would he get jealous? Would he even care?
His glare was enough to both set the world ablaze and freeze the seas, I promise you that much.
You can hear boss music coming from your side and all of a sudden you see three hearts pop up in the top corner of your screen.
After he is done glaring, Takasugi will go along with the name you assigned him, quietly escorting you and your friend to dinner.
He actually behaved himself, acting kindly and even offering to pay for the whole thing. It looked as if he wasn't bothered in the slightest by your comment.
How disappointing.
But when your actual friend asked whether you could handle eating your portion and you said it was too big to handle?
“That’s not what you said last night.”
He said that in the calmest and nonchalant tone, sipping his drink as if it was nothing.
It was your turn to go silent, glaring at his smirking expression, while doing your best to change the topic.
Supposing you got your lesson, he won't make a big fuss out of it. He is petty, but not that petty.
However, if you still tried anything similar on him, then he'd make it so that you'd never be able to call him your friend again, leaving a visible trail of marks upon you that speaks of your relationship on its own.
Takasugi doesn’t like to be called your friend, but make no mistake to call him your boyfriend either. Who knows how he'll react?

Akutagawa enjoys the taste and warm feeling it brings, in an inconstant world, it's calming to him.
It wasn't something he drank in the beginning, bc why would you drink boiled leaf water?
However, knowing what his health is like, Gin essentially forced him into it.
She'd sit him down and start boiling some water whenever there was a moment of time.
Akutagawa didn't really get it, but it's Gin, so he just went along with it, since she seemed to be happy when he drank it.
At first, it wasn't really to his liking, but after a little bit, he grew to become an AVID tea-drinker.
Not only does he enjoy the tea, but he found the time spent with his younger sister precious.
Given the little amount of time they could really spend together, he'd use the opportunity to really listen to her and talk.
He may really suck at emotional stuff, but he can be a good listener when he wants to be.
Whenever Gin has something to tell him, he'd go quiet and listen intently to everything, only interrupting on occasion to ask for clarification.
During these times, he could be incredibly patient.
Normally, he really couldn't care less what's going on in other people's minds, but he deeply cares for his sister and is almost always willing to listen to her.
At first, he would only drink tea when they were together, but soon enough, Akutagawa would start drinking it on his own.
Especially when he's separated from her for extended periods of time since it makes him feel like she's still there.
Although when he first started brewing his own tea, he was TERRIBLE at it.
Aku didn't want to ask for help but also had very little idea of what he was doing.
Usually, he'd either end up leaving in the leaves for waaay too long or would take them out too quickly.
And even if he'd manage the time well, he didn't know what temperature to heat the water to and would end up burning the tea.
Eventually, after watching him struggle for much time, Gin would intervene and teach him how to brew tea properly.
He ended up extremely embarrassed, but grateful to her for the help.
From then on, Akutagawa would bring a couple cups for them both whenever he noticed Gin looking tired or unwell.
Although, he still made a lot of mistakes and Gin would be forced to hide her grimace at the incredibly bitter flavour.
Especially given Aku's intense stare while he watches her expression, hoping for a good outcome.
Still, she'd always be grateful for the gesture.
Before long, he's figured out the ins and outs of tea and ends up taking it very seriously.
He knows the effects of each type he drinks and how to properly brew it.
Due to being tired after missions and his lack of time, he usually won't put a whole lot of effort into brewing tea.
However, every so often, he'll take his time and really do the job right.
Usually, this is when he's making it for Gin or when he really just feels the need to destress.
Overall, Akutagawa is an AVID tea-drinker and you cannot convince me otherwise.
What if Aizen and Gin would have a S/O who have the same personality as them? 🤔
Aizen.
❤︎︎It would work better with Gin than Aizen.
❤︎︎While Aizen would like the perks of his s/o had his personality, it may get a bit old.
❤︎︎Like, how is he supposed to surprise his s/o and they already know what he got them 🤷🏼♀️ and how his s/o supposed to surprise him when Aizen already knows what they got.
❤︎︎However! It’s a great power couple!
❤︎︎big brain energy? Sure. Conversations for days. (People just be walking by thinking to themselves “What in the hell are they talking about”
❤︎︎However! Everything has its cons, someone has to bend at times in the relationship. Aizen isn’t bending for anything really, and if his s/o has the same personality then this is going to take awhile. (Example: apologizing, admitting they were wrong.)
❤︎︎Like, If Aizen wants his s/o wants to do a certain job like..going to watch Ichigo or something?? And his s/o doesn’t want to do it. That’s not going to fly with Aizen. Maybe he’ll overlook it, but like it’s just not going to sit right with Aizen. We all know he gets what he wants. So, that’s an issue, but like it’s nothing toooo big.
❤︎︎On other hand Aizen is going to be wondering what his s/o is doing all the time. Is his s/o experimenting? He’s going to be watching them a lot. His s/o learned a new technique? Sharing is caring. Aizen wants to know all the details.
❤︎︎So, while yes it’ll work with Aizen..the biggest issue is who is going to bend with the time comes. If not there’s going be a few lumps here and there. I, personally think Aizen needs someone to bend sometimes but not all the time. A mixture of both.
Gin
❤︎︎His s/o will always have his interest.
❤︎︎Gin and his s/o are the couple that talk shit about in the corner. (Gin: that outfit is outdated. S/o: totally, fashion disaster) all while sipping their tea.
❤︎︎No one wants to talk to them? That’s fine, Gin and his s/o are each other ride or dies.
❤︎︎While Aizen may have his cons, Gin having s/o that has his personality might be a really good thing. Since in the soul society everyone kept their distance from him and having s/o that shares that personality would be a good thing.
❤︎︎Power couple? Of course! Whether in Hueco Mundo or the soul society.
❤︎︎Relationship wise: it would really work out.
❤︎︎A con would be the two would need to talk a bit more. Maybe not be so mysterious with each other? Be a little more transparent with each other.
❤︎︎other than that there isn’t really anything bad about it.
❤︎︎Bonus: Gin and his s/o gossip all the time over tea. Especially about Loly and Menoly. Grimmjow too.
Now that I think about it Gin was another one of my favorites from bleach.
➤He’s an observant guy so even if s/o was good at hiding their crush he’d know. That being said, it’s so obvious how they feel about him-pretty much everybody knows.
➤ He thinks it’s cute though. Most people are suspicious of him in some way and they’re a rare exception.
➤ He definitely shows off a bit more when they’re around because he knows they’re watching and that it flusters them. He really enjoys catching them staring at him-it’s kind of become a game of his.
➤ If he’s passing by s/o and there aren’t others around he’ll give them some sort of compliment or praise because it makes them smile, and he does enjoy making them smile. Plus again, watching them get all flustered makes him chuckle.
➤Now, the day s/o boldly(not really but bolder than usual) walks up to him and presses a small box in his hand he’s pretty caught off guard. He kind of just watches s/o as they mutter a quiet ‘For you” before skittering away with more speed than he’s ever seen them muster.
➤ When he looks down at the box in his hand he can’t help but smile at it. Despite not being a fan of sweets he’ll eat the chocolate they made(or got) for him because he knows how embarrassed they probably were to give it to him.
➤ He makes sure to thank s/o for it and he also keeps the box even after finishing the chocolate.
