I’m getting groceries delivered these days and I applaud those brave people who shop and bring the food to everyone. It’s been mostly perfect. One thing was amusing to me: my shopper got me one pound of fresh ginger instead of one piece. No matter. I’ve been making all sorts of stuff with it and will freeze some.
