Codependency so strong I look for you in the next person I’m close to - like it’s not a coincidence that they’re both so protective of their relationship with Brigitte and who she finds herself closest too. Like thats what she seeks out subconsciously bc of Ginger being dead - Ghost is her replacement is a way, the new sister while still grappling with what happened with the first.
Ginger has shown time and time again she doesn’t like the male characters that surround Brigitte - in her eyes Brigitte belongs to her and only her. She feels threatened/jealous of Sam, and Brigitte seeking him out more and more ands fuel to her fire. Her talking about him only wanting to fuck her and her being too young for him bc she herself wants to be the only person for Brigitte and the one sharing all the intimacy with her. And the only justification for her killing the janitor being she doesn’t like how he looks at Brigitte, basically writes itself here. Then we have Ghost who found Tyler threatening to keeping Brigitte so she manipulated her into killing him/letting him die so she could keep Brigitte. And like shooting Alice at the end there - all for the sake of Brigitte being hers forever. Trading one for another.
