Here’s a collab I did with SBerry Games on YouTube! She built the cutest gardening shed (watch her video HERE) and I built the cutsie cottage next to it! It’s the perfect house for a family of sims that love gardening (hence, the name Gardening Paradise!), placed on a 20x30 lot in Windenburg! This house can fit 4 sims and their cat and dog! It has plenty of skill building items, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!
It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it. I’ve used some gallery art (no CC) from FruitLoops40.

How to download:
Choose the mirror you prefer between SimFileShare and Google Drive (both ad-free).
Download the file and unzip it.
Place all the files in your Tray folder (…Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray).
That’s it! Load your game and this lot will be in your gallery ✨❣
