In less than 2 years, our guama machete aka ice cream beans are already flowering! Seriously can’t wait to share these with the kids. Not only are these trees nitrogen fixing, they provide tons of nitrogen rich biomass as well as a delicious edible fruit. Some days it taste like ice cream but to me, they taste like sugar cane without all the fiber. if anyone remembers that old mcdonalds meme,

imagine, if you will, michael’s battalion just clamoring for mcdonalds, as michael laughs— arms crossed, shoulders squared, standing before a legion that is stationed in front of a mcdonalds. as the 15 poor employees just stare on in horror. 

because michael absolutely would.
