If you did not guess, the yellow iridescent "cape" is actually wings! Her arms and legs are stained black kind of showing her connection to Plagg in a way, it's also just another way to show her being otherworldly. Her hair loops signify her antenna, why did I choose white as the hair color? Well I have seen many use red and I get that, truly I do, I chose white for all it's meanings and again I thought it would drive the otherworldly-ness of Tikki home!
If she ever gets angry her eyes and hair will shine more brilliantly, to the point humans could not look upon her without fear of the wellbeing of their sight. When she lost her first Chosen, the few who saw her said her skin became fully stained black and the red she wore dulled.
This is her goddess form, she had an original form that no mortal had seen, but when she saw their reactions to Plagg’s original form, they both changed their look to calm the mortals. She does have a human form but she rarely used it, as she was most comfortable in the goddess form. Her goddess form was the last she took before her and the rest of the kwami were all bound to the Miraculous.
