I'm 25 and working since last 3 years. I liked a job position due to the person that was doing it and it's perks which contains great knowledge about the field I'm in. I did learn but now everything that too at slow pace when I knew I need to push i didn't push at the intensity I needed to and now the Person is leaving the company and I'm in a way scared, lonely. But I need to stick to my work because I want to do I haven't done anything in my life that I'm great or good at I want to be great at something and for that I need to stick to this workplace and learn till a certain level of course there is no limit to learning but still. The workplace without the person is a bit pointless. Also I learnt a lesson don't waste your potential waiting. Go ahead take that opportunity head on and start doing.
