for the person asking what my tracking looks like! these are some recent entries from our workouts. every day we just update the google cal - record our reps, make notes etc. The three of us take turns filling in the info between sets.
it’s been really cool to see a year of growth. I started not even being able to bench the bar 🥲
definitely recommend writing down your weights and any other relevant notes (working on form, aches and pains, any new techniques, etc). it’s been really helpful and a LOT of fun!
also - take pics!!!!!!! even if it feels shitty in the moment. just take them and put them in your hidden folder if anything. it’s really nice to look back and see progress I promise 😊
