Day ONE:

A wall calendar from NeuYear.net! I recommend Jesse’s large, beautiful calendars to everyone. They come in a few different colors, in Monday or Sunday first, and in dry erase or plain paper form, and they are vertical on one side and horizontal on the other, to suit your space. I have used them for years and I love them. The standard size is slightly larger than 2ft x 3ft, but he’s recently rolled out a HUGE 3ft x 6ft version, if you need more space. Also, he’s lovely to deal with and sometimes sends uplifting and encouraging emails!

M.I.S.T., NeuYear, and StoKED

Today was the first day I tried stoked. Boy does that have some kick. I wanted to give it a try before next week when I go back to weight training  I'm not too sure how the focus and everything else is as I messed up my timing for working out. I will see on Tuesday (my next workout day). It tastes good at least.

I think I really love my Seize the Year 2013 calendar. I use it to track school obligations, court dates, and my workout schedule. Athough I have a planner (for all the details its great to see my entire month at once.  It also helps me plan my workouts a lot better as I can see all the things that could interfere w/ my schedule in one place

Almost broke my back doing overly enthusiastic bronco jumps. The rest of the workout wasn't quite so bad. Im not sure how effective some of the moves are but I'm going with it.

I might be wrong, but Pilates looks like baby plyometrics. I'm not sure if I can do with how ineffective some of those moves look after Insanity.
