I love how gaudy Gortash is.
His perfect aesthetic is being smothered in ornate gold filigree, and dragon and demon iconography. Both of which are super overdone and cliche for an evil guy, but it doesn’t matter they’re the most badass and he wants it.
Can you imagine a tasteful tailor presenting him with the first sketch of his signature outfit being told “more” over and over again with the embroidery and embellishments until it almost looks like a costume piece.
All that money and power did not afford him taste, and I’ve been having so much fun conceptualizing other outfits for him because of this.
My durge is a light linen, modestly adorned, well kept little princess and Enver wants everything covered in crushed velvet, big ass gem stones, and gold. Style-wise they have absolutely nothing in common, and that “there’s no such thing as too much” element to him is a great creative exercise.
