Currently irrationally angry at some people implying Sansa should have 'done her job' and pack a lunch for D's children and puppets as well, while everyone's favorite Jon 'he has his priorities straight and there are more important things than this petty discussion of fOoD ' Snow, couldn't have done his fucking job and called home every once in a while and informed Sansa not basically 2 seconds before the fact, about him bringing two huge Dragons and two army's home, so she would actually have some time to properly prepare for that.

Not to mention one blonde savior queen maybe not deliberately burning a fuckton of food, she could have used to make her kiddies lunch herself like a good mommy...

But we don't talk about that around here, do we...

I have no idea if anyone has posted about this because I’d been avoiding Tumblr until I watched 8.01 (which I just did). BUT as soon as Ned Umber went up in flames, my brother said “Doesn’t that look like the Targaryen sigil?”

Ngl with all the things I don't agree with in the finale season of got - I've enjoyed myself

the props/sets/special effects/makeup/wardrobe/acting/soundtrack/cinematography/and acting (saying it twice) have been incredible.

(I've also really enjoyed the memes)

I will be binge watching from season 1 after next week.

And as I stand back and look at s8... I'm not as disappointed as I first thought

I will miss this series

I just realized why the jon-sansa reuniton felt more heartful to me than the jon-arya and its the lack?? Of music in the scene of the second one. Or im deaf but it felt so empty almost forced. Idk maybe this show doesnt have the same emotional impact to me since season 6

So... first thoughts.

Cersi is unbelievably arrogant to assume she can defeat the army of the dead if they defeat the North. Also, she’s not fucking pregnant, just like I thought! Otherwise she wouldn’t have been so sad when fuckface said he’d give her a prince...

The scene between Sam and Jon like ripped my heart out (plus OMG it was so hard to watch Dany telling Sam she killed his dad and brother, omg I feel so bad for him, his dad was a dick but I do think she should have left the brother alive... also, like show a little sympathy Dany, ffs) because Jon did not want yo hear it but he knows it’s true and I’m just... AHHH because Sam had a really great point actually, like I love Dany but she has based her entire identity around being the rightful Queen and she’s not, SHE’S NOT so I’m kind of with Sam, will be she able to give up the crown??? I’m doubtful. I mean, Jon’s in love with her anyway, so I’m pretty sure they could rule together so long as Dany doesn’t do some stupid shit when she finds out... but like...

Arya and Gendry!!! 💜💜💜 LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT I LOVE THEM SO MUCH

AND Arya and Jon’s hug, the comparing swords, the family talk! Arya telling to not forget he’s part of the family the sisters are trying to protect!!! 💜💜💜

Also I loved pretty much everything about Sansa in this episode, and that’s saying something because she was nowhere near one of my favs at the beginning, and also Lady Mormont (also, please give me Lyanna giving Jorah a good dressing down and/or just glaring and super obviously ignoring him)
