Missandei deserved better, fuck this show.
I’m gonna be sick.
It’s like they built up all our hopes and dreams...and then slaughtered them...slaughtered them like Rhaegal.
Too soon?
Yeah, too soon. I’m still shaking. I've been shaking since Rhaegal died...
episode 4 of got my reactions:
so first of all
the things that I didn't like at all:
I think Dany should listen to Sansa when she went back to Dragonstone. Dany should listen to Sansas strategy because it was really smart to get some fucking rest after the zombie battle. I didn´t like that at all, when Jon was like: hey! You´re talking to my Queen, Sansa and Arya. Better watch out, instead to say to Dany that Sansa is right. But we know Jon. This stupidy of his. And his battle strategy sucks too - the Battle of Bastards proved that.
Arya was like a heartless Sansas bodyguard here. Excuse me? Wtf. We get it Arya, but can you act like herself? Like for yourself?
Tyrion and Jaime small talk with Bronn. It felt like it was expected. It felt so natural, they were speaking like: hey bro, I want to kill ya. and others: yeah, ok, but I have a better offer for you. Bronn was there like at some fucking job interview that he wants so badly, so he brought a fucking crossbow.
You know, I like Dany. I really do. But when I saw her sad, alone when everybody was drinking, Jon included, she was so fucking alone. In the first time it hits me that she doesn´t belong there at all. The whole meaning of her being there was really ONLY for HER armies, that Jon desperately needed, now he is NOT near her. Tyrion is with his brother, like nothing happened between them. Only that Spider watched her like a predator waiting for his feast. NOBODY THANKED HER. like FUCKING NOBODY - PUBLICLY! I was angry, pissed at all of them. She made a toast to Gendry, named him Lord of Storm´s End, gets only strange starring from Sansa and Jon, they were surprised (I was too) AND Daenerys drank for Arya Stark, she told that important thing to EVERYBODY! A fucking TARGARYEN in STARK HOME told everyone that ARYA STARK is a HERO of THIS WAR, not HER! And nobody told Daenerys only “thank you, my Queen?” I kinda expect that from Sansa? I don´t know why, but I had very little respect left for Lady of Winterfell. She was the only one from the North that thanked her, but she could that in PUBLIC TOO. - AND THAT PISSED ME OFF ON SO HIGHER LEVEL LIKE NEVER BEFORE IN HISTORY OF GAME OF THRONES.
I MUST NOT mention Rhaegal, Missandei death, because IT IS SO PAINFUL.
Tyrion and Varys chilling like nothing is happening. The SPIDER? The best of Infos in Westeros? How couldn´t have knew about Euron? Here is something that I DONT FUCKING LIKE. AT ALL. I SMELL TREASON. And it stinks like miles away.
GHOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what kind of the master is Jon? HOW could he be a KING if he doesn´t care about his fucking direwolf? WTF! (at least, Dany is dragon lover, she cares about her dragons)
the thing I did like:
the beginning of the episode. The sorrow that everybody have in common. Dany cried in front of everybody, Sansa too. Jon´s voice was broken.
Dany names Genry as Lord of Storm´s End. Really caught off guard. Didn't expect it.
Dany talking with Jon to NOT tell anyone about his parentage. Because NED STARK will be like a fucking joke here. And even as a Stark fan, you must admit that Dany was right.
Brienne and Jaime. canon, not really lol.
Podrick with TWO GIRLS in the background!
Starbucks coffee from Westeros! (that was funny, a funny stupid mistake)
Dragons and their relationship with Dany. It was really sweet, when Rhaegal leaned to Danys touch at Winterfell T_T
I was sad with Tormund! I think he deserves Brienne more than Jaime. like he was fucking crying! (also drunk, but..)
DRACARYS! + THE MUSIC AT THE END. I KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS. DANY IS AVENGER NOW. hide thanos, I mean CERCEI.
the adventures of Sandor Clegane and Arya Stark is back! YEY!
and Sam and Gilly! I am happy for them.
Ok, there are plenty of them that I was really shooked. for example: My fate for Lady of Winterfell is NOW crushed. And I think ... the Mad King was right. and Missandei too.
Oh wow. That ending was not good. D’s death was anti-climactic. The dragon pit summit was just so poorly written... that dialogue was terrible. and how many freaking speeches did they have to give Tyrion? and Could someone slap Grey Worm for me? That Small Council scene was freaking laughable. Just cringe-worthy it was so daft and clunky and fan-servicey; I mean, Bronn was on the small council. Bwhahahahahahahahahaha. And if the North was able to declare independence (which i did like) why didn’t the other realms follow suit? that would have made so much more sense than what we got. I wanted to see the iron throne melted, yes, but to have Drogon just fly in a do it was ridiculous. it should have been a casualty of war, not because an all-knowing mythical beast decreed it to be the cause of all the problems. sheesh.
Yay:
*Queen in the North Sansa Stark
*Ghost getting a pat.
Boo:
*to everything else. it was just so trite.

HAVE YOU SEEN THIS GEM?!!??
“snoop dogg’s reaction to game of thrones finale is sending me https://t.co/DNCNwIZDRZ”
I’m weak 🤣🤣 Snoop Doggs reaction to the throne scene
This is an OG response
GOT Tonight (spoilers)
It’s like almost every single happy moment I had got almost immediately dashed to pieces a scene or two later:
-Gendry gets legitimized and immediately proposes to Arya BECAUSE HE LOVES HER! ----> Arya turns him down (makes sense but dang)
-Ghost survived the Long Night! -----> Only for Jon to abandon him in the North without even looking at him or petting him one last time (I don’t care, you could have had Kit Harrington hug some tennis balls, it would have been worth it!)
-Braime finally happens! ----> And then Jaime immediately leaves to get to Cersei AND leaves Brienne crying and brokenhearted (don’t know if I’ll forgive you for that one, Jaime)
-Rhaegal’s also alive! -----> Immediately gets ballista bolts in neck and chest and dies
-Missandei and Grey Worm holding hands, smiling happily, ‘cause luckily Grey Worm didn’t die last episode like I predicted!... ----->...because it was Missandei who was the planned character of color to die, in CHAINS nonetheless and executed by a monster
So yeah, Rest In Power our pure souls Rhaegal and Missandei
Though there’s a few mostly untarnished pieces of goodness:
-Arya getting respect in-universe for killing the Night King
-Sandor and Sansa finally meeting again (notably controversial due to how they talk about Sansa’s trauma, but I do like that they got to talk to and bond with one another, and how Sandor seems to be proud of where she’s ended up.)
-Tyrion and Brienne bonding over the S1 drinking game
-Sandor and Arya going on a hit-list journey together down south
-Varys getting some much needed scenes with his character, instead of more eunuch jokes (while also introducing some very good points, especially with upholding the safety of the people first and looking out for the little guys--remember, Varys was once a little guy himself)
-Sam and Gilly are having a baby! (fingers crossed to let them have a happy ending with their adorable family)
Overall, I understand both the love and hate that this episode is getting so far, and I agree with most of the points people are making. Now it’s time to wait for the final two episodes to see if there will be some satisfying conclusions to make up for what’s just happened, or if there will be some major disappointments.
