This beautiful and tasty feast is a way to celebrate the harvest of grapes. Brie cheese, sweet grapes, crunchy walnuts, and honey all go well together because their flavors are just right. Pair this easy but classy dish with a glass of your favorite red wine.

Ingredients: 1 bottle of red wine preferably Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot. 2 cups of assorted grapes red, green, or black. 1 cup of walnuts. 8 ounces of brie cheese. 1 baguette, sliced. 1 tablespoon of honey. Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish.

Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them for 5 to 7 minutes, until they are just beginning to turn golden. Cut the brie cheese into thin slices at the same time. When the baguette slices are golden, put a slice of brie cheese on top of each one. Put the baking sheet back in the oven and bake for another 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Put the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium-low heat while the cheese melts. Toast them until they smell good, stirring them often for about three to five minutes. Put the brie cheese and toasted baguette slices on a serving platter. Spread honey on top of the brie slices. Put the different kinds of grapes and toasted walnuts on the same platter. With a bottle of red wine and fresh rosemary sprigs on top, serve the grape harvest feast.
