Maybe you've had similar thoughts, i'm too old, i'll never look as good as i was in my mid twenties. I don't want to get injured, my metabolism is slow, etc... But then something happened. I started reading about the brain, about neuroplasticity, memory, about becoming a learning machine. As a result, i snapped out of it. I realize my own self limiting thoughts regarding what i can actually achieve physically and mentally. And as i such i discovered what really matters and what really works for weight loss, becoming fit, and becoming super healthy. They saiy the more you learn the more you earn, when you apply this to you health and fitness. The sky is the limit. I'm now healing and managing all my injuries, recovering faster than ever. Have boundless energy and mental clarity. And it's only the beginning. If you tired of your own excuses and need some help, DM me 'OG' and let's me show you how.
