Hey! I don’t know if your anons have already sent you this, because I only read this oneshot recently, but I really like the subtle lines you put in Chefzzi that indicate Azzi’s actually liked Paige or at least thought about her for a while. Like when you say

“Azzi grimaced. She also turned red.”

“another deep dive” instead of her first/just a deep dive on Paige.

Her thinking Paige’s eyes are really pretty before they even kiss.

Her having to school her expression cuz she’s smiling at Paige’s antics.

Her clearly being physically attracted to her that was shown through her thoughts as she walked up to Paige’s house.

I love the buildup with those subtle hints! It was so well executed. So excited for the epilogue please take however much time you need for it 💜

Ooh yeah, I don't think anyone's mentioned this before! Good catch lol all of those moments were supposed to indicate that Azzi already liked her, at least a little bit, but hadn't come to terms with it. It was supposed to tie in with her whole sexual awakening type thing, since everyone already thought she was gay!

Studies actually show if you throw the reassurance bucket at something just like you would a Poké ball, it is 100% effective in catching what you want. Take Stanley's word for example! He threw it at The Narrator and it worked. Although... The Narrator does not seem too happy right now. We are not sure why that is. Congrats, Stanley!

Technically, they probably lose and ‘snapped’ / did something on purpose to get out of being stuck there for a year. I feel like to forfeit they would have to actually say “we give up. you were right” and that’s not gonna happen. And he does say now. So, maybe they missed the opportunity.

but this is an excellent observation I agree with about Ozzie’s queer love ultimately being presented as heroic and redemptive, while it’s Eddie’s (supposedly) het love for Izzy that is villainous and destructive
