This is gonna be a loaded post so bare with me. This was a VERY depressing month for me. It was an amalgamation of A LOT of factors that I’m not ready to talk about but of all of them was losing my Cat, Jinx. She was my monster, my baby, and closest I ever wanted to get to having a child. I had hit my lowest point. I didn’t want a birthday. I didn’t want to make it to the 24th. All I wanted was to not exist anymore so I could be with Jinx again. But then having the best support system anyone could ask for changed that. They whisked me away, threw me a perfect intimate surprise party, gave me some one on one time and dinner dates. Even down to just letting me cry on your shoulder or you kept me laughing. You guys didn’t let me succumb to my darkest thoughts. You all truthfully kept me alive. So, a massive shout out to my Mom @ethelgills, @teatraybat, @briannacherrygarcia, @artbymaryc, @ame_zing_asaurus, @crafty.bob, @aurorasweet, @tiiiinaxmarie, @krisssssstinee and many many MANY more friends that are far too many to list individually (or also don’t use IG) for your well wishes and keeping my spirits high on a birthday I intended to let be miserable.
