TigerGhost so funny because Manny thinks Danny's soooooo cool but tries to be chill about it. Meanwhile Danny's just sitting there at any given time being the embodiment of a tired office worker on his 5th cup of coffee on a Monday. "they don't ID me at the liquor store anymore because they see the light has left my eyes" /j. <[i'm exaggerating] but like, Manny and Danny's experiences as teens and heroism have interesting contrasts. They're both silly guys in their own right, it's just Danny has more experience suffering in the torment nexus.

My favorite bit of Yugi getting into Atem's group of friends is Mahad immediately adopting Yugi as someone to dedicate his loyalty to also. They could be like, on the initial introduction "this is my bestest friend Yugi he's helped me so much" and Mahad internally is just like (oh my gods he's soooooo cute of anyone hurts this guy I will kill them, preferably with bloodshed.) but on the outside he's just "it's an honor to meet you" . That is to say I think Mahad has internal cuteness aggression but he's cool and chill about.

UR MINDF, UR MIIINDDDD,UR RIGHT UR SO RIGHT do uthink yugi is aware of that, those two would get along like a house on fire if only mahad showed more than one (1) emotion,, yugi coming down to atem like i dont think ur friend likes me very much i think he just tolerates me and atem is like Mahad would kick my ass if i ever were to upset you , and he knows me since i was ababy

I think about the fact that a big issue post reveal for undercover au is obviously the lack of trust. And I think about Sam & Tucker feeling all bad about it, 50% ("it was probably mostly just trust issues Danny has") and 50% ("was there, something we could've done to show him he could trust us? Something we did that made him think he couldn't? ... Man...")

And so maybe one of them gently asks something along those lines later and Danny's just kinda like ("... I guess,,,, I just,,,,, didn't have a lot of experience,,, with trusting anyone...... All my life???? (Save for my sister?)

And now they're all crying because "man..." Fenton has had No friends, gotdamn.

Bonus, if Jazz knew the whole time: but then Sam is like "so you're sister knows?" And before she could say anything Jazz enters the room (she was listening through the door) like "yeah I knew the whole time" and Danny goes through a couple micro expression before settling on "younger sibling stink eye".

i just read that post where you were asked on thoughts about Twilight Princess link, and tbh i've been having similar thoughts. i'd like to add; i think more could be done with his character by focusing on his "local older teen is every kid's big brother" vibes. honestly feels like people don't talk about him being this big animal & kid adoring goof ball. following the LU comic is fun but i'd say it's focus on more the "divine wolf" and "hero of his story" part of his character is affecting other people's image of him a bit. in general fan content, i'd love to see him interacting with Wind more instead of mostly Time and Wild. i think they get along great. i mean come on, Pirate & Cowboy besties! (perhaps i'll have to be the change i want to see)

Ooo, it's been a while since I've looked at that post.

I definitely agree that Twilight's relationships can be explored beyond what he has going on with Time and Wild. Twilight seems like he would have a lot to talk about with Wind and Sky.
