Day 29 - Leg Workout - This week is the start of some new workouts which involve giant sets. It was legs today and after an early start I have my oats and #prekaged and I was feeling good to push as much as I could. I managed goblet squats without my ankle playing up so that was good and I used as much weight as I could. The leg extensions into body weight squats was really tough and I pretty much collapsed on the last set as they were so fatigued. My steps have been quite high today so I didn’t bother with any extra cardio.
