Rocket Greystone WILL pay!
My favorite Haddix book is Double Identity, I also love Turnabout and Running Out of Time. I read so many Haddix books in middle school!
I love Haddix! She's such a creative author and I wish her books got more attention for how innovative and compelling her stories are. I loved Double Indentity and Turnabout, never read Running Out Of Time though, I'll get on it! My personal favorite is The Missing, with Shadow Children and Double Identity in a very close second. Another couple awesome ones are Greystone Secrets and Under Their Skin!
Rocket is the new Baudelaire Guardian!
the whole greystone secrets tag is vfdiscord fucks arguing about rocket
Middle School Monday: Greystone Secrets: The Strangers by Margaret Peterson Haddix
Chess, Emma, and Finn Greystone have led a pretty normal life up to now. Not perfect, but normal. When their mother starts acting strangely after seeing a news story about children being kidnapped, the Greystone kids don’t understand why … until they see that the kidnapped children had their same names and birthdays. When their mother tells them that she needs to leave for a few days, they start getting worried. When they realize that their mother is hiding secrets, and that she might never come back for them, they panic. It will be up to the Greystone kids to try to uncover the truth and rescue their mother, before it’s too late.
Give this book to older children and younger teens who love immersive, twisting, and mysterious stories!
