honestly I don't particularly like most of the tadc cast (+yapping)
i mean they're fine. I don't hate them. I jus don't like them either. Is this a hot take
My favorites are:
Caine
Ribbit
The poorly rendered fish
Pomni is eh and I wish she got more development (I feel like Jax/Grezenedge was the true main character and pomni was more of a narrative device to pick a starting point for the show and reveal more of Grezenedge's backstory)
Ragatha is fine. I feel like she gets too much hate but I think she's ok
Kinger is kinger
Kaufmo is meh, Gangle and Zooble are cool but they didn't get nearly enough actual development, etc
All in all I feel like the show would be better and the characters would be more likeable and developed if they got more screen time and actual development. Also does anyone else think the ending was a more poorly handled version of the hfjone ending.

As much as I love Caine he should not have come back. Narratively it made zero sense. He should have stayed gone, and the story would have been a bit more interesting and high stakes. That's the main critique. Caine should have stayed gone and everyone else should have had to adapt for the rest of their life instead of like a couple months. Yea idk
