These Grilled Steak Kebabs are great for grilling in the summer. On skewers, colorful bell peppers, sweet cherry tomatoes, and tender steak that has been marinated are threaded. The steak is then grilled until it is done. They taste great and are great for eating outside with family and friends.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs 680g of sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks. 1 red onion, cut into chunks. 8-10 cherry tomatoes. 1/4 cup 60ml of olive oil. 3 cloves of garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon of dried oregano. Salt and black pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: Olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. To make the marinade, mix it well. Put the sirloin steak cubes in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again and again. Pour the marinade over the steak. Put the dish or bag in the fridge for at least an hour, or better yet, overnight for better flavor. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Using the wet wooden skewers, alternate between putting on the steak cubes that have been marinated, the bell pepper chunks, the red onion chunks, and the cherry tomatoes. Put the kebabs on the grill and oil the grates. Turn the vegetables every so often for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until the vegetables are charred and the steak is cooked to your liking. Before you serve the kebabs, take them off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. If you want, you can serve the Grilled Steak Kebabs hot with fresh herbs on top.
