Remembered the ending part of The Horse and The Infant and Just A Man from Epic the Musical and it has me thinking so much about the Fallen Heroes AU by @grimmijaggers

Like Sir Nighteye reveals Shoto to All Might, who's shocked to see Shoto's not only alive, because they had heard all 4 Todoroki children died in the attack on the Todoroki home, but that he's also so little and in need of oxygen, medical machines to show he's alive, and also has to be in a cell-like room so no one can get to him and he can't get to anyone else

Sir Nighteye explains who Shoto is, that he's Enji's/Dabi's son and he could very well get them killed if Dabi found out he was still alive. All Might, realizing what Nighteye is saying, immediately throws alternatives; they can send him to America, one of the Pro Heroes either in Japan or in the US or another country could raise him, they could try keeping his past hidden from him as much as possible, anything, but Nighteye says that the worst and most painful option they have is what will ensure things don't get worse for them

Nighteye steps away, and All Might, having been given the code to the room, goes in and he sees a piece of the family that Dabi once had, that this child was raised brutally and the fire was another thing that was going to hang him, and All Might, thinking about what he's lost, what he's done and how haunted he is, realizes he can't go through with what Nighteye said must be done

He also sees Shoto wake up and his decision is made then and there

Sir Nighteye, at the end of a hall, sees All Might carry a barely awake Shoto in his arms, saying nothing, only that Shoto wanted soba and a change of scenery wouldn't hurt him

Heyyy. To close this year I decided to write a Fuyumi-centered one-shot placed in the Hellflame heart AU since I really loved the way Grimmi portrayed her there. I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out since this is a story I had planned for quite some time so I had a general structure previously.

I feel the need to yap about my hyper-fixations, so I’m going to do that now.

Today’s topic: My theories for the plot of @grimmijaggers HellFrost!AU.

POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD!!!

Alrighty; I’m just gonna start rambling, so good luck figuring out what the hell I’m talking about. Starting with my personal favorite topic in this AU, that being the Todoroki siblings. Now, I know they are technically dead, however, Grimmi has said in several posts and comments that Dabi (Enji) is not 100% sure that they are really dead. Missing sure, but dead? I think not. Grimmi also mentioned that Dabi got this doubt from talking to Hawks. Hawks, aka our little traumatized bird hero, is the number 2 hero (Or at least that’s what I assume, since Endeavor’s out of the running), but is also associated heavily with two groups: the Hero Public Safety Commission, and the League of Villains. Since he has knowledge about the Todoroki kids, it’s safe to assume that they are in or related to one of these groups.

In my opinion, the Hero Public Safety Commission seems like the more likely choice, since both Dabi (Enji) and Rei seem to believe that they are responsible for their kids deaths. My theory is that the HPSC kidnapped the Todoroki siblings, made it look like a tragic accident, and raised them to be heroes. This would entail them going through a ton of harsh (and traumatic) training, and being forced to forgot their past lives, much like Hawks. However, I believe that they would work out of the spotlight, and come into play as sort of a “secret weapon”, and their existence would be used against their parents, in order to shock them so the HPSC could “bring them to justice”. I also think that in this scenario the Todoroki siblings would be sheltered from the outside world, so that they come to believe that the HPSC is always right because they can protect them and the world, much like conditioning. This would work both ways, as it would mean that Dabi and Rei would have no idea of their existence, and believe that there is no possibility of them being alive.

Now, the idea of the Todoroki siblings working with the League of Villains is a bit different. Regardless of the cause of their deaths, AFO would have scooped up their bodies and rebuilt them, much like Touya in canon. I think they would most likely be raised alongside Tomura, or left alone, before getting roped back into the LoV when AFO has need for them. Grimmi has stated that Dabi and Rei have more of a connection with the PLF (Para-Liberation Front), and that Dabi comes to lead them, like how Tourma did in canon. But, she also mentioned that Tourma gets powerful in other ways, perhaps through working with the Todoroki siblings, like how his power is associated with his control over the LoV. In this theory of mine, the Todoroki siblings would be working towards a similar goal as AFO, that being total destruction of the world. They would be a rival organization to the PLF, in comparison to them working together in the manga, and would probably encounter their parents while being unaware of it.

One last unneeded theory/head-cannons: I wanted to give my predictions for how the Todoroki siblings might act, or just guesses about what their personalities are like, so here’s that:

Touya:

Anger issues x1000.

Extremely resentful towards those who have hurt him and his siblings; probably feels similarly about his parents, regardless of how much he remembers.

Enjoys violence the most out of his siblings, just cause he likes taking his anger out on things (or people).

Super protective of his siblings, feels that it’s his responsibility to take care of their wellbeing.

Will take the brunt of any attack aimed at them, despite his body being extremely fragile.

Has definitely strangled, burnt the wings of, and/or tried to kill Hawks on multiple occasions, regardless of if they’re rivals, enemies, friends, or anything else.

Like his father, he overuses his quirk to an alarming extent; he’s more concerned with beating the shit out of his enemies than his body.

Painfully stubborn- refuses to listen to anything, unless threatened with violence towards his siblings.

The only time he’s vulnerable is with his siblings- he trusts them and only them.

Probably dyes his hair to block any connections to his past.

Only slightly less unhinged than his canon self.

Fuyumi:

The only logical one in the group.

Less sensitive than her canon self, but is still very loving to her siblings.

More confused and betrayed than angry in regard to her parents; she does her best to block them out of her mind.

The only one that can withstand Touyas full attacks- her body was made for a fire quirk, like how Touyas was made for an ice quirk.

Will always put her siblings before her, even if it’s bad for her long term.

Takes on the “parent” role alongside Touya, except she prevents danger instead of trying to fight it.

More conscious of her body’s limitations, but she’ll often ignore them in times of need.

Still the only one who can cook.

Calm most of the time, unless you test her patience, in which she’ll act like her brothers.

Just wants them to be a happy family. Quite manipulative when she needs to be.

Natsuo:

Also has anger issues- somehow worse than Touya’s.

Taught himself basic medical care cause his siblings kept getting hurt.

Quiet and cold, much like his quirk.

Has his father’s silent rage and his mother’s tipping point.

Hates his parents, even if he barely remembers them - blames them for his pain.

Fails to understand how anyone can be constantly happy - finds it disgusting.

Fights with brute force and the need to prove himself to his absent parents.

Doesn’t like showing his face in public, he prefers to watch and not be seen.

Surprisingly good at sneaking around.

Allows himself to be happy only around his family.

Relies heavily on his siblings to keep him going.

Shoto:

Has his father’s anger issues and his mother’s (lack of) sanity.

Still doesn’t understand basic social ques.

Painfully blunt to everyone.

Tends to silently judge people even if they’re just existing.

Cares deeply about his siblings, he’ll only smile around them.

Often relies on his siblings to speak for him, as he has trouble expressing himself.

Has the highest pain tolerance of his siblings, since his quirk doesn’t hurt him.

Frequently wonders where his scar came from - his memories are blurred and his siblings won’t tell him.

Can you tell I ran out of motivation at the end? Sorry Shoto! (It was late, I’m sorry :P)
