On Monday we met with the ENT and THIS morning this guy got tubes put in his ears! It was fast and it’s been a long and grumpy day punctuated by fitful naps on Momma. Does it count as self care if I was laying in my own bed with a post operative toddler all afternoon? Real life, right here. And probably the best Christmas present I’m going to get, hopefully a healthier new year for us. Say a prayer and send some love to the Doctors and Nurses out there. Me and my little one • We attempted to enjoy the pumpkin patch the other day. We got there and per tradition, started out day with lunch (& beer) inside the country store. Logi was not having it & was a total whiny grump the whole time. So we wrapped up our meal with plans to enjoy the activities at the farm & pick out our pumpkins. And just as we made our way to go pay the skies opened up in a torrential rain. Sooooo...the pumpkin patch thing didn't quite work out this year. We still don't have pumpkins for carving!
