Last night's salad with stuff I had laying around. Two nice size tomatoes, one med size avocado, a bit of cucumber, mushrooms which I don't usually do, lemon juice, jalapeño powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of pink salt. I actually love this better than with greens in it 🤗 I have also got sick of the marinara dressing with the sun-dried tomatoes. Salad! Two Roma tomatoes, a small avocado, lemon juice, dried oregano, basil, jalapeño powder and pinch of pink salt. Very simple but flavorful ❤✌🍅🤗 . This will be my last meal of the day. I like to do my salads, and or veggies in the evening. . WHAT DID I EAT TO TODAY? I started off with hot lemon water. Then I ate some oranges, then a smoothie, a few cashews, and bananas. Now the salad to end the day.. I would say around 1300 calories, maybe a little more. After that water, brush teeth and getting cozy. . Some days pretty low calorie but others much more. Honestly the biggest challenge for me is eating enough, but I do OK. I loosely count my calories, but honestly I don't really go by a set range. I try to listen to my body and eat when I'm hungry. Although I feel like I stoll eat out of habit too. Anyway still working out the kinks but love this lifestyle. Never going back! . Image that?
