The name of the game is hit it and squid it 🐙 Today was a day for wandering and dedication to the fine craft of filling one's belly 😍 We wandered through the cool and windy streets of the #gothicquarter today before stopping at @la_boqueria for a feast! We dined of #eggs with #babysquid and #razorclams from the insanely wonderful @elquimdelaboqueria and then moved on to #BarPinotxo where we dug into #cockles, #squid with #whitebeans, and our personal favorite of the whole day (because an abuela ordered us to get it) #rabbit ribs 😍😍😍😍 We tried to earn our dinner after a siesta by trekking up to #parcguell, #Guadis home in Gracia, one of the villages that has become part of the city, and damn did those steps work us. However, it is without a doubt, the best view of the city and the most amazing gardens we have ever stepped in. Then, of course, it was 10 pm and once again time to eat so we stopped at @elnacionalbcn for #patanegra (the Iberian cured ham that is feed acorns and is essentially the happiest animal) and #arroznegro. #ElNacional is housed in a wonderful art noveau style building with several sit down areas serving different specialities, the pictures alone are 👍 but the food is wonderful. We ended the night at @vinitus, a super modern #tapas bar in #leixample where the start was the #foiegras with #apples 😍😍😍 So, I guess this would be a good time to tell you all we are moving to #Spain and never leaving?
