Gunta: origins

Hoje não tem One Piece, mas tem MAIS UM desenho da minha ship favorita, eeeeee💗🎶✨ Desta vez eu decidi fazer A imagem que me atropelou quando eu tava quase dormindo e iniciou a minha obsessão por essas duas 2 meses atrás ^^✨

There's no One Piece today, but there's ANOTHER drawing of my favorite ship, yaaaaay💗🎶✨ This time I decided to draw the image that came to me when I was almost asleep and started my obsession with these two 2 months ago ^^✨

Tudo começou porque eu comecei a pensar q era curioso a Uta e a Gunko terem casacões enormes no design delas... E botas..... E fones de ouvido... E o fato da música ser importante pra lore das duas.... E das duas terem uma figura masculina ausente (sem querer) da qual elas sentem muita falta....

It all started because I began to think it was curious that Uta and Gunko had huge coats in their designs... And boots... And headphones... And the fact that music is important to both of their lore... And that both of them have a male figure who is absent (unintentionally) and whom they miss very much...

A partir daí eu já tinha certeza de que elas seriam amigas se se encontrassem em algum momento...... Mas aí eu tbm pensei, "aaaa pra que só amigas, e se elas se beijassem?"💖💖🏳️‍🌈🌈✨💘

From then on, I was sure that they would be friends if they ever met... But then I also thought, “Why just friends? What if they kissed?” 💖💖🏳️‍🌈🌈✨💘

Quase no mesmo instante todas essas imagens surgiram na minha cabeça e no dia seguinte eu passei tudo pro sketchbook kkkkkk

Almost at the same moment, all these images popped into my head, and the next day I transferred everything to my sketchbook.

E claro, também fiz uma lista de todos os motivos pelos quais eu acho que esse casal faz sentido kkkkkk

And of course, I also made a list of all the reasons why I think this couple makes sense hahaha

Fiquei um bom tempo enrolando pra falar sobre e finalizar algum desenho porque 1- não sabia se alguém embarcaria na ideia e curtiria o ship, 2- nós não temos as cores da Gunko ainda então teria que ser tudo em preto e branco e 3- era pra eu estar focando em outras coisas no momento (tipo produtos pra feirinhas kk), mas eu já me conheço a tempo o suficiente pra saber q se eu não cedesse isso só ia tomar mais e mais a minha mente e me deixar mais ansiosa e triste por não estar fazendo algo q eu queria MUITO fazer. Acho q eu tô tentando curar minha criança interior q se culpava demais por ficar viajando na maionese ao invés de prestar atenção na aula e parou de desenhar totalmente no ensino médio pra focar em passar na faculdade e construir uma carreira pra ter uma vida boa e normal. Bom, hoje meu trabalho é desenhar. Se eu não puder me permitir fazer as coisas q me deixam feliz agora então eu nunca vou kkkk Porém eu ainda tenho responsabilidades como trabalho e casa pra manter, além de planos pro ano que vem(feirinhas hehe) então eu vou ser obrigada a ir com calma de qualquer forma (apesar de já ter duas fanfics inteiras escritas na minha cabeça (uma pós final de OP e uma AU de sereia (mermay do ano que vem, me aguarde!!))). Eu agradeço do fundo do coração quem me acompanha, curte e interage com as minhas artes! Obrigada a quem curtiu e embarcou na ideia de cabeça e obrigada aos que curtem só porque é um desenho bonitinho, vocês me ajudam a ver que eu não tô sozinha e não preciso ter vergonha de falar sobre as coisas que eu gosto🥹🫂💞💞 Muitíssimo obrigada a todes que comentam coisas fofas e positivas nas minhas artes e desculpa se eu demoro a responder ou não respondo com uma explosão de energia; eu sou brasileira e sigo o horário de Brasília, então são 21 horas agora aqui (9PM)….. e eu também sou beeem tímida hehe😅👉👈. I spent a long time procrastinating about talking about it and finishing a drawing because 1- I didn't know if anyone would go along with the idea and enjoy the ship, 2- we don't have Gunko's colors yet, so it would have to be all in black and white, and 3- I was supposed to be focusing on other things at the moment (like products for fairs lol), but I've known myself long enough to know that if I didn't give in, it would only take up more and more of my mind and make me more anxious and sad for not doing something I REALLY wanted to do. I think I'm trying to heal my inner child, who blamed herself too much for daydreaming instead of paying attention in class and stopped drawing completely in high school to focus on getting into college and building a career to have a good, normal life. Well, today my job is to draw. If I can't allow myself to do the things that make me happy now, then I never will haha. However, I still have responsibilities like work and a house to maintain, as well as plans for next year (Artist Alley), so I'll have to take it easy anyway (even though I already have two entire fanfics written in my head (one post-OP finale and one mermaid AU (mermay next year, wait for me!!))). I am truly grateful to everyone who follows me, likes my art, and interacts with it! Thank you to those who liked it and embraced the idea wholeheartedly, and thank you to those who like it just because it's a cute drawing. You help me see that I'm not alone and that I don't need to be ashamed to talk about the things I like. Thank you so much to everyone who comments cute and positive things on my art, and I apologize if I take a while to respond or don't respond with an explosion of energy; I'm Brazilian and follow Brasília time, so it's 9 PM here right now... and I'm also very shy, hehe😅👉👈. Gunta Recoloring 1

Boa noite pessoal🌙 O primeiro recolor dos meus desenhos de Gunta acabou ficando bem simples porque eu me apeguei à estética das cores análogas, então como eu acertei o azul como uma cor importante no design da personagem eu só precisei ajustar os olhos, hehe. Também mudei o fundo porque eu amo roxo e agora essa também é uma cor do casal, já que é a cor dos olhos da Uta e a cor dos olhos da Gunko, se misturar os dois kkkkkkk. E o último motivo é que eu queria fazer um desenho de Halloween e eu não teria tempo de terminar até sexta se eu fosse repintar tudo do zero😅 mas é isso, teremos desenho na sexta, yeeeiii✨

Good evening, everyone🌙 The first recoloring of my Gunta drawings turned out to be pretty simple because I was attached to the aesthetic of analogous colors, so since I guessed blue as an important color in the character design, I just had to adjust the eyes, hehe. I also changed the background because I love purple, and now that's also one of the couple's colors, since it's the color of Uta's eyes and the color of Gunko's eyes, if you mix the two lol. And the last reason is that I wanted to do a Halloween drawing and I wouldn't have time to finish it by Friday if I were to repaint everything from scratch😅 but that's it, we'll have a new drawing on Friday, yay✨

Desculpa pessoal, tentei, mas não deu tempo de terminar o desenho de Gunta de hoje😔 Maaaaas amanhã ele sai sem falta❣ É bom que assim eu também consigo dar mais uma trabalhada em alguns detalhes e fazer algo bem bonitinho com o que temos (sim, ainda tô brava com o Oda por ainda não termos as cores oficiais dos cavaleiros de Deus... daqui a pouco a gente vai descobrir pelas artes oficiais do anime KK)

Esclarecimentos sobre a conta e minha OTP

Eu tenho uma confissão a fazer. Estou querendo ser mais ativa aqui no Tumblr, mas por um motivo muito específico. Eu estou obcecada por um ship pela primeira vez na vida e eu PRECISO desenhar essas personagens juntas pelo menos 253 vezes, se não eu vou enlouquecer haha

Sim, é a ship das duas personagens que vocês viram na quarta: "Gunko" e Uta. Eu sei, não é um ship que, aparentemente, faz muito sentido nem pro pessoal que tá nos semanais do mangá, imagina pra quem não está kkkkk. Mas eu vou ir explicando meus motivos junto com os desenhos enquanto for postanto ^^. O nome da hashtag também vai estar meio errado por enquanto porque nós ainda não sabemos o nome da outra persona da Gunko, a dona original desse corpo e que possui uma misteriosa relação com o Brook.... ah, claro, e nós também não temos as cores oficiais dela ainda :D

Apesar disso tudo, eu estou determinada a seguir com o ship e desenha-las em PB, por enquanto. Por enquanto eu pretendo fazer isso majoritariamente aqui, no Tumblr, porque acho que essa rede ainda é a que mais combina com ships e fanfics kkkkkk

I have a confession to make. I want to be more active here on Tumblr, but for a very specific reason. I'm obsessed with a ship for the first time in my life, and I NEED to draw these characters together at least 253 times, otherwise I'll go insane haha

Yes, it's the ship between the two characters you saw on Wednesday: “Gunko” and Uta. I know, it's not a ship that makes much sense, even to people who read the weekly manga, let alone those who don't lol. But I'll explain my reasons along with the drawings as I post them ^^. The hashtag name will also be a little wrong for now because we still don't know the name of Gunko's other persona, the original owner of this body who has a mysterious relationship with Brook... oh, of course, and we don't have her official colors yet either :D

Despite all that, I'm determined to continue with the ship and draw them in black and white for now. For the time being, I plan to do this mostly here on Tumblr, because I think this network is still the most suitable for ships and fanfics lol
