Reposted from @missmiafit Struggling with binge eating during lockdown? It's normal human behavior But not an excuse to gain weight! Its actually proven that people's eating habits change when bored, we naturally take more trips to the fridge or pantry to look for something comforting, and I feel the struggle too, im with you all the way If you arent disciplined enough to stay clear of it, the easiest way to eliminate binge eating is obviously to get rid of all snacks and treats in the house, that's a no brainer. But, another great and healthy way to go about it, is to have healthy whole foods lying around the house instead, apples, bananas, carrots, kiwis, low carb/fat skyr or ice cream etc. In that way you at least wont consume +1200 calories from a tub of Ben & Jerry's or 500 calories from some chocholate Out of sight out of mind, that's probably the best way to go about it, if it aint there you can't have it, right Wish everyone a lovely weeknd, happy Friday #snacks #discipline #momswholift #girlsthatlift - #bodygoals #fitnessaddicts #model #gymgang https://www.instagram.com/p/B_Fs8LjB1fJ/?igshid=3gk81v1qzp4y
