Well this is, kinda, a fanart for myself and my own Fanfiction and the fanfiction of my best friend. Long STory Short: in my Story, Kaoru is a half Vampire In my friends Story: kyo is a big werecat! And so I combined it^^

Unfortunate Sequence of Events

So, some context; Rilo usurps his parents, gets bored and wipes out the entire population of the Demonic Realm and then decides to head off and find Damien bc he Felt Something for those 0.2 seconds of eye contact.

Sybil and Eliad obviously let the King and Queen's kid into their home bc to do otherwise would be stupid as hell and they don't know what Rilo's done yet. Anyway, Rilo makes the totally normal request of wanting them to give him Damien, they say no, respectfully, what the fuck kid? So he has a hissy fit and tries to kill them, Sybil hides Damien in an ancient tree with charms that keep him hidden from Rilo and then they get yeeted into a bubble dimension for the foreseeable future.

Rilo burns most of the forest to the ground during and after the fight and goes on a rampage when he can't find Damien. Meanwhile Damien ends up wandering aimlessly for a few days before he passes out and gets found by Saskia. Saskia takes him back to her place and her dads Elias and Samuel are super freaked out bc where did u find a whole other child??? They try to find his parents but after hearing his story and seeing the burnt up state of his home they basically adopt him.
