Hamstring Curls for the win! I only did two glute exercises yesterday: this home-made hamstring curl (no machine necessary!) I stole from @joe___steel, and a single arm plank. I started with just bodyweight to see how it felt and then worked up to 10, 15 and 20lbs. It didn’t take much to feel glutes and hams contracting, not to mention a little calf cramp depending on the angle of my ankle. Today my glutes feel like I did heavy hip thrusts! In the second video, my pal @alpulcherio tests it out. You can see he’s working out core engagement while getting the glutes and hamstrings to do their job.
