Bob Hair Girl (おかっぱ女の), also known as Bobchi dressing up as Hanako-San (トイレの花子 (はなこ)さん) from the same urban Legend, but in the art style of Toilet-Bound Hanako Kun (地縛少年花子くん) for Halloween.

She's from the anime and light novel 86 Eighty-Six (エイティシックス). She's an anime-only character and one of Vladilena Milize's aides in the military when she was demoted to captain.

Her name has only been revealed recently, and she is a very minor character. I have a fondness for minor characters. I tried to replicate the Hanako-Kun art style as much as possible, but I think it turned out all right. Let me know what you think. As this was my first attempt.

nene buys some new tsubaki flavored candy at a candy store and takes a bite. it turns out it was a cursed teenage witch (she calls herself hanako-san??) and that they have to find her witch partner, aka manto, before she becomes candy forever! cue hananene yuri hurrying around trying sweets and obtaining a crowd of witches (yako, sumire, shijima, mei, sakura, then a sidequest to find sakura's partner natsuhiko) cursed by tsukasa before finally finding aka manto, who turns out to be nene's old childhood friend, aoi! and they all live yurifully ever after. the end
