Behind the Name

Hey, I don't know if any of my fellow writers know this, but I've been using this handy website called Behind the Name to help me name various characters in my stories. So basically, this website not only tells you the etymology of various names, but it also has a name generator that allows you to generate names based on various factors such as gender, national origin and the like. You can even generate fantasy names! Perhaps the only downside is that certain categories - such as Thai - are quite limited, but you can remedy this by submitting names to the database.

If you ever have a pot or pan that's gotten some burnt stuff on it that just won't come off, I found the easiest solution ever!

The pot on the top left has gone through the dishwasher twice, soaked in hot soapy water, and been scrubbed pretty vigorously (you can see I had some success in a few spots), but just wasn't getting clean.

So... add some baking soda and white vinegar (fun!) and them boil for a couple minutes, and all of the burnt stuff comes off with basically a paper towel.
