geto and gojo went on that mission together and saved miminana then they graduate and become teachers, toji is working through his gambling addiction and trying to raise megumi and tsumiki with shiu’s help, haibara barely missed a fatal blow on that mission and he and nanami brought the souvenir sweets back, riko and kuroi live in okinawa and are safe, and NOTHING BAD HAS EVER HAPPENED TO THEM.

I wonder if it ever crossed Satoru’s mind, upon seeing Mimiko and Nanako, that there’s a world where he raised them too.

Like, the twins don’t know who he is and frankly, they don’t really care too much. Satoru technically doesn’t know them either; he just knows of their existence and their role in Suguru’s defection.

But in another life… they were his kids too. His students as well, most likely; they were the same age as the first-years when he met them. They’d have grown up alongside Megumi and Tsumiki. He would’ve known them just as well as Suguru does.

But he doesn’t. And I wonder how strange that must feel for him.

geto's curses loving satoru is already canon but also consider: THEY LOVE HIS ENTIRE FAMILY. nanako, mimiko, tsumiki and megumi grow up pestering geto for rides on rainbow dragon 24/7 and fuck gojo's teleportation, they want to take it everywhere. when megumi learns to summon nue they start badgering megumi instead !! and yeah megumi learns most of his shikigami moves and strategies from geto (and generally learns hand-to-hand from him) and suguru's clearly his Favorite Parent and gojo Hates It (no he doesn't). bonus hc: in a fight, suguru's curses protect his family first bc that's what he'd do <3
