A local grocery store decided to make and sell Roasted Hatch Chile Pinwheels. It is just one Hatch Chile, some form of cream cheese, and an oddly soggy flour tortilla for each. (You have to cut it into sections to get the pinwheel). I only regret that the charred parts of the chile were not particularly tasty, and a little painful on the gums. That and I have two more to eat.

Maybe I should grill one...

I bought some from the store and managed to cook them before they went bad. Big win for me today.
