Oh my. There's just something magical about a good piece of pork. Garlic egg noodles and a pork chop topped with the most incredibly delicious butter concoction.... It's messy butter compound. Sweet cream butter, garlic, parsley, cilantro, and soy sauce. No words.

Tried some new stuff for this past weekend.

White Chocolate Cranberry Amaretto Sugar Cookies were a hit. A few set back for a little treat for myself.

Pina Colada cookies with pomegranate white chocolate in the middle. Topped with candied pineapple chunk... and an umbrella, of course.

Alright, I remembered to take a picture before I inhaled it.

So yeah, I ate some egg rolls while waiting on the noodles. Tried a new way to sauce my Udon. Tsp of beef bouillon, tsp of spicy bacon jam, tsp roasted garlic compote in the bottom bowl before tossing in the noodles. Worked so well, I ate it before I could take a picture.
