In fact I can do a full lower body routine in one hit that I am satisfied with. If you get to the gym and it’s crazy busy, find your nearest leg extension and try this workout: A1 20 x hip extension A2 12 x single leg hamstring curl- A3 20 x leg extension. Perform 3-5 rounds no rest between A1,A2,A3 except for set up, 60 sec rest between rounds. Explore tempo, hip height, foot position, foot width! I used plates under my feet to help with being able to reach full extension - depending on your leg extension and your height you may or may not need this!
