Start siting towards the edge of your BOSU ball with your hands behind your head and try to lay back past 180 Degrees , Using your Core Crunch up to starting position | Repeat 25X | 3 sets |

Challenge yourself by extending your arms directly above your head. Remember to keep your shoulders pressing down and head always in line with your arms | Repeat 25X | 3 sets |
